🏈 THE GROVE GAME DAY ORDER TERMS & INFORMATION
Please review all information below before placing your order.
📦 DELIVERY COORDINATION
After making, confirming, and paying for your order, customers are responsible for communicating directly with the delivery provider, Take It To The Grove Tailgating, to arrange delivery payment, confirm delivery details, and follow all delivery instructions.

📅 FOOD TIME AND DATE CUT-OFF
All orders must be in by 10 AM on the Monday before the game (except the Mississippi State game). Below are the cut-off dates and times for the 2026 Ole Miss Football season:

🌡️ FOOD QUALITY AND TEMPERATURE
At The Feedlot Catering is not responsible for food quality, freshness, or temperature once the order has left our care. Please ensure all hot and cold items are properly maintained upon delivery.
🚚 DELIVERY TIMING DURING HIGH-VOLUME EVENTS
During large game weekends and peak event times, At The Feedlot Catering reserves a delivery grace period of up to one (1) hour due to traffic, venue restrictions, and unforeseen circumstances. We will always strive to provide timely service and exceed your expectations.
🍽️ SERVING SUPPLIES AND UTENSILS
Paper goods, plates, cups, napkins, and serving equipment are not included unless specifically requested. Food is packaged in aluminum pans, dome trays, and deli containers with lids along with appropriate serving utensils. Knives are not included with orders. Sternos, wire chafing holders, aluminum water pans, and additional serving supplies may be purchased separately.

Due to the nature of food preparation and event scheduling, all confirmed orders are non-refundable.
