At The Feedlot was born from a simple belief: real BBQ doesn't need a restaurant. It needs patience, good wood, and someone who cares about every single bite.
We smoke all of our meat the right way — low and slow over real mesquite wood, Texas style. No shortcuts. No liquid smoke. No apologizing for taking the time to do it right.
Established in 2025, we set up right here in Oxford, Mississippi — home of Ole Miss, The Grove, and some of the most passionate tailgaters in the country. There's no better place to serve the kind of food that brings people together.
Dwayne — Our Meat Supplier
Our beef comes from Dwayne, a third-generation cattle farmer with more wisdom than a library and a Dwaynism for every occasion. When the man says "Feed first. Figure it out later," you listen.
